Return & Refund Policy

All products on ekaleo.store are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Tapstitch. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to Tapstitch’s policies.
By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Submitting a Request
• If you have an issue with your order, please contact Tapstitch directly at support@tapstitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include in your email:
• Your order number.
• Photos of the issue (if applicable).
• Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Tapstitch aims to process all return and refund requests within 7 working days.

2. Approval & Return Instructions
• If your return or refund is approved, Tapstitch will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
• Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Returned Items
Items eligible for return must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Free of stains, damage, or alterations.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Tapstitch does not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks (for hygiene reasons).
• Sample items.
• Deliberately damaged items.
• Items returned after 7 days from receipt.
• Items correctly printed/produced but no longer wanted.
• Items deemed unnecessary due to delayed delivery caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Refunds
• If approved, refunds will be issued by Tapstitch to the original payment method in the currency used at checkout.
• Refunds will not cover return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations
• Orders not yet in production may be canceled in full.
• Orders in production but not yet shipped may have shipping canceled, with the shipping fee refunded.
• To request cancellation, email support@tapstitch.com.

7. Production & Shipping Delays
• Small orders: Usually produced within 3–7 business days and shipped no later than the 8th business day.
• Bulk orders: Usually produced within 7–15 business days and shipped no later than the 16th business day.
If Tapstitch fails to ship within these timeframes (excluding delays caused by customer errors), you may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the order price.

8. Claims for Defective or Lost Items
• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
